A Bee R.A.G Services is a registered in the State of New York and functions as a cleaning service and facilities maintenance company for domestic, commercial or not-for-profit organizations.  The workers at A Bee R.A.G Services are trusted individuals who are reliable and experienced.  These workers are capable of cleaning houses, apartments, businesses and places of worship.  Some are able to take care of elders, children and will do house-sitting, pet sitting and a host of other services.


Clients Responsibility


It is our experience that clients should be present initially, in order to help workers identify preferred means of completing tasks and to indicate where supplies and tools necessary for the completion of the work are located.  All cleaning products should be placed in a visible.  Please inform us of defective equipment so that we can make other arrangements.  The transportation of cleaning implements will result in additional cost. 

Our Workers

Clients should not try to lure A Bee R.A.G Services workers away by offering private jobs to contracted workers.  This action could result in legal action being taken against the guilty party.  If a client has a preference for a member of our staff, then a request should be made and an attempt will be made to schedule that individual accordingly.  An A Bee R.A.G Services  contracted staff cannot work for any client until two years has past since the individuals last day of employment with  A Bee R.A.G Service, Inc.

Upon Completion

Upon completion of a job or service,A Bee R.A.G Service, Inc. worker will present a service check time sheet which must be signed by the client on the date of completion.  If a client is absent from the site before or during the service and will not return by the end of service, we request that the time sheet be signed before exiting the premises.  If a client will not be in the building when the worker arrives and is leaving the keys with someone else, the client must make it known during the time of scheduling and a check time sheet will be emailed to the client ahead of time.  This time sheet is mandatory and must be signed and left in a visible area on site for the worker. This time sheet is very important because this is how A Bee R.A.G Service will retain a record of all existing clients who receive service and also for payroll purposes.

Credit Card Payments

To pay via the internet, clients should use the PayPal button on our web site, and follow the steps offered under the method chosen. Clients are able to choose the service they require and make the payment accordingly.  However, the amount owing may change should the client require the workers to complete more hours or additional tasks.  The cost can also be affected by the degree of difficulty of the cleaning requested.  All payment transactions should be completed at least 24 hours before work begins.  This pre-payment enables A Bee R.A.G Service to allocate our workers effectively.  If, for any reason we would need to reschedule an appointment, we require notification of at least 24 hours. If not, then only 50% of payment will be refunded.   On-line and telephone reservations are paid via PayPal, and there is a 3% surcharge for this service.  Only recurring customers may pay by check, money order or cash.  Confirmation of assignment will be done by email or telephone 24 hours prior to appointment.  No refunds will given for completed jobs.

Rates

There is a flat rate for every service provided by A Bee R.A.G Service. There are NO credits or discounts for jobs completed before prescribed time.  If a job is NOT completed within a specific time frame , it will result in an increase in our fees.

Dissatisfied Customers

Clients are encouraged to contact our office if they have problems with the service at 718 798 4259 as early as possible – within 24 hours of receiving service; except  on Saturday which will be dealt with on Monday.  We request that we be given the opportunity to rectify perceived problem(s) by the same worker or a supervisor.
